friendly fires

If you love yourself some funky percussion and Brit rock / dance pop, look no further. Friendly Fires has a clever spark in their lyrics and sound, a style of music that’s uncomplicated and balanced between synth pop and dance rock. Calling to their art shoegaze dance, something euphoric and yet danceable at the same time. Or more simply, thought provoking music you can bop your head to. And more importantly the entire album is fun, and seriously, what’s more fun than a little cowbell? That’s right, nothing. Cowbell! Cowbell!

Here they are live. . .

Be sure to check out Friendly Fires’ live interview and studio peformance on 89.3 The Current as well.
