the killers “human”
The Killers new single “Human” debuted today. It’s alright. The song has a distinctly melancholic vibe to it. It has some guitar bits in it and some drums too. It is also a tad electrofied since it was produced by Stuart Price; the mastermind behind Madonna’s “Confessions on a Dancefloor” and Seal’s “System.”
I’m sure the MTV crowd will love it. Especially when it is played over a scene when the girls from The Hills are having some sort of dramatic meltdown about something important, like shoes or boys. “Are we human?” Audrina will say to Lauren. And then we’ll get an awkward, slow-motion look and this song will kick in . . .
The Killers “Human”
The Killers have announced Paul Normansell has the cover artist for their newest album. Interesting choice. The album “Day & Age” will hit stores in November. “Human” will be available on September 30 on Island Records/Vertigo U.K.
